These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayableLab website and web application, including the editor and export features (the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined below, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to [Halilit P Grinshpon and Sons Ltd. P.C.].
• Content means any information, data, or materials, including text, images, audio, fonts, 3D assets, project settings, and other materials.
• Exports means playable files and related outputs generated by the Service.
• Service refers to the PlayableLab website and web application.
• User Content means Content provided or uploaded by You, including assets and project data.
• You means the individual using the Service, or the company/legal entity on behalf of which such individual is using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms constitute the agreement between You and the Company regarding the Service.

Your use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the Service.

Eligibility

You represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws. If You use the Service on behalf of an organization, You represent that You have authority to bind that organization.

User Accounts

When You create an Account, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service and for any activity that occurs under Your Account. You must notify Us immediately if You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your Account.

We may suspend or terminate Accounts to protect the Service, other users, or for violations of these Terms.

Fees, Packs, and Payments (if any)

The Service may offer free access and may also offer paid features (e.g., packs, quotas, or subscriptions). Any fees and what you receive will be displayed in the Service at the time of purchase.

Unless required by law:

• fees are non-refundable,
• purchases are non-transferable.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your payment may also be subject to their terms.

Your Content

Your responsibility

You are responsible for Your User Content and represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use Your User Content, and
• Your User Content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.

License to operate the Service

You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit Your User Content only as necessary to provide and improve the Service (including previews and exports), provide support, and enforce these Terms.

You may revoke this license by deleting Your User Content and/or Your Account, subject to reasonable backup and retention practices.

Exports and Third-Party Platforms

The Service can generate Exports intended for use on third-party platforms (including ad networks, publishers, or stores).

You are solely responsible for:

• ensuring Exports comply with third-party rules and requirements, and
• any URLs, tracking, disclosures, claims, and content included in Exports.

We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions (rejection, takedowns, suspensions, etc.).

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• to upload or distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• to attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks;
• to circumvent quotas, licensing restrictions, access controls, or security features;
• to infringe the rights of others (including intellectual property and privacy);
• to create or distribute deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful content.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate access for violations.

Intellectual Property

The Service (excluding User Content), including templates, UI, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms or if We reasonably believe suspension is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Total liability cap: In no event shall the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service exceed US$5 (or, if You paid fees to the Company in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, the amount You paid in that period—whichever is lower).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that Exports will be accepted by any third party.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms are effective as of the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means You accept the revised Terms.
